Arizona High School Volleyball - Goldwater edged by Apache Junction
October 16, 2023: Apache Junction, AZ 85120 The Apache Junction Prospectors held off the visiting Goldwater Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Prospectors now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dysart for a test on Tuesday, October 17. Apache Junction will confront a Demons team coming off a 2-0 league win over Tempe (Tempe, AZ). The Demons record now stands at 3-6.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ). The Wolves enter the test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Estrella Foothills held off Cactus (Glendale, AZ), 2-0, in a league test.
