October 16, 2023: New Haven, CT 06519 Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Amistad Wolves (New Haven, CT), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils confront the Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. Coginchaug Regional will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 9-0 league win over Hale Ray (Moodus, CT).
The Wolves now possess a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitney RVT for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 17. Amistad will confront a Owls team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT). The Owls record now stands at 0-9.
