Delaware High School Soccer - Milford knocks off Delmarva Christian
October 16, 2023: Milford, DE 19963 Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Delmarva Christian Royals (Georgetown, DE), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers confront the Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Milford will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE).
The Royals now possess a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury Christian for a Eastern Shore Independent Athletic challenge on Friday, October 20.
