Georgia High School Softball - Greenbrier holds off Union Grove
October 16, 2023: McDonough, GA 30252 Greenbrier Wolfpack (Evans, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA), 10-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Wolfpack now own a 21-10 record. They take the field next when they host Lithonia for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 16. Greenbrier will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 24-3 league win over M.L. King (Lithonia, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-10.
With the loss, Union Grove falls to 18-9 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Greenbrier (Evans, GA) to battle the Wolfpack in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 16. The Wolfpack enter the challenge with a record of 18-10. Greenbrier won 8-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Ware County (Waycross, GA)
