Georgia High School Softball - Monroe Area bounces Sandy Creek
October 16, 2023: Tyrone, GA 30290 The Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA) softball routed the host Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA), 5-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Purple Hurricanes (10-18) will now prepare for their bout against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons go into the non-league bout with a 16-10 record. In their last bout, Pickens held off Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA), 9-1, in a league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 13-3 record.
