October 16, 2023: Yankton, SD 57078 The Beresford Watchdogs volleyball team (Beresford, SD), was dropped 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD)
The Bucks/Gazelles (5-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Spartans enter the AA District 1 challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Spearfish defeated Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Watchdogs meet the Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) in a A Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. Beresford will attempt to move on its 2-26 season record. The Tanagers enter the challenge with a 5-18 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lennox (Lennox, SD).
