October 16, 2023: Buxton, ND 58218 The Thompson Tommies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros to 0 in the Tommies league victory on Monday.
The Tommies now have a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillsboro for a B - Region 2 game on Monday, October 16. Thompson will meet a Burros team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Maple Valley (Tower City, ND). The Burros record now stands at 11-10.
The H-CV Burros (7-7) will now prepare for their game against Midway/Minto (Inkster, ND). The Mustangs enter the B - Region 2 game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Midway/Minto dropped by Cavalier (Cavalier, ND), 3-2, in a league game.
