October 16, 2023: Isle of Wight, VA 23397 The Isle of Wight Academy Chargers volleyball team (Isle of Wight, VA), went down 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA)
The Warriors (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hornets enter the Southeastern challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Deep Creek defeated King's Fork (Suffolk, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Chargers encounter the Hampton Christian Academy Warriors (Hampton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Isle of Wight Academy will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 7-15 record after their 3-1 league win over Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA).
