October 16, 2024: Andover, MA 01810 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the High Mowing (Wilton, NH) and the host Phillips Academy Big Blue (Andover, MA), saw High Mowing's soccer squad prevail over Phillips Academy by a count of 5-1.
The (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hyde (Bath, ME). The Phoenix enter the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Hyde tipped Kents Hill School (Kents Hill, ME), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Big Blue battle the Northfield Mount Hermon Hoggers (Mount Hermon, MA) in a NEPSAC Freelance battle, on Saturday, October 19. Phillips Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Hoggers enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Kimball Union Academy (Meriden, NH).
