Arizona High School Volleyball - Cortez over Coronado
October 16, 2024: Scottsdale, AZ 85257 In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Cortez Colts volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Coronado Dons.
The Colts (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Tempe (Tempe, AZ). The Buffaloes enter the 4A - Black Canyon challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Tempe beat Yuma (Yuma, AZ), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Dons meet the Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ) in a 4A - Black Canyon challenge, on Monday, October 21. Coronado will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Criminals enter the challenge with a 0-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ).
