Washington High School Volleyball - Garfield tips Hazen
October 16, 2024: Seattle, WA 98122 The Garfield Bulldogs (Seattle, WA) volleyball held off the visiting Hazen Highlanders (Renton, WA), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Chief Sealth for a 3A Metro bout on Thursday, October 17. Garfield will clash with a Seahawks team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Seattle Academy (Seattle, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Hazen drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Juanita (Kirkland, WA) to clash with the Ravens in a 4A KingCo bout on Monday, October 21. The Ravens come into the bout with a record of 10-4. Juanita won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Interlake (Bellevue, WA)
