October 16, 2024: East Hanover, NJ 07936 The Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) volleyball knocked off the visiting Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Villa Walsh Academy for a Northwest New Jersey - Freedom bout on Thursday, October 17. Hanover Park will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 league win over Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Pequannock drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Golden panthers host Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 18. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a record of 5-11. Bernards lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against The Pingry School (Martinsville, NJ)
