California High School Football - Valley Christian Academy defeats Coast Union
October 16, 2025: Cambria, CA 93428 The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) and the host Coast Union Broncos (Cambria, CA), witnessed Valley Christian Academy's football squad topple Coast Union by a tally of 56-27.
The Lions (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cuyama Valley (New Cuyama, CA). The Bears go into the Coast Valley (8 Man) challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Cuyama Valley lost by Maricopa (Maricopa, CA), 58-14, in a league test.
With the defeat, Coast Union drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Broncos host Coastal Christian (Pismo Beach, CA) to meet the Conquerors in a Coast Valley (8 Man) test on Thursday, October 23. The Conquerors come into the test with a record of 0-4.
