California High School Football - Western over Cypress
October 16, 2025: Anaheim, CA 92804 Spectators at Thursday's league bout between the Western Pioneers (Anaheim, CA) and the visiting Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA), saw Western's football team gain a win over Cypress by a final score of 21-13.
With the win, Western advances its record to 2-0 on the season.
The Centurions now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Trabuco Hills for a contest on Thursday, October 23. Cypress will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 55-41 league loss to Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-1.
