North Carolina High School Football - East Lincoln falls to Hickory
October 16, 2025: Hickory, NC 28601 The Hickory Red Tornadoes felled the visiting East Lincoln Mustangs football team by a score of 28-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Tornadoes meet the Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 23. Hickory will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 8-0 record after their 38-6 non-league win over R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC).
With the defeat, East Lincoln drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Maiden (Maiden, NC) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Thursday, October 23. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 5-3. Maiden won 34-33 in their recent non-league test against Bandys (Catawba, NC)
