October 16, 2025: Frederick, MD 21703 Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the host Tuscarora Titans (Frederick, MD), 48-42 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Governor Thomas Johnson improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Patriots host Linganore (Frederick, MD) to meet the Lancers in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 22. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Linganore 21-21 in their recent non-league test against Middletown (Middletown, MD)
With the defeat, Tuscarora drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD) to meet the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 22. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Urbana won 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Frederick (Frederick, MD)
