October 16, 2025: Stowe, VT 05672 Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Green Mountain Valley School (Waitsfield, VT), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Stowe moves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Spaulding (Barre, VT) to clash with the Crimson Tide in a Capital test on Saturday, October 18. The Crimson Tide go into the outing with a record of 2-11. Spaulding lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT)
Next up, the play the Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 18. Green Mountain Valley School will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a 0-12 record after their 8-0 league loss to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT).
