Kansas High School Soccer - Northwest toppled by Maize
October 16, 2025: Wichita, KS 67212 Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Northwest Grizzlies (Wichita, KS), 7-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Maize moves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS) to clash with the Colts in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division I test on Tuesday, October 21. The Colts come into the test with a record of 7-5. Haysville Campus won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Circle (Towanda, KS)
The Grizzlies now sport a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host East for a Greater Wichita outing on Tuesday, October 21. Northwest will confront a Aces squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Eisenhower (Goddard, KS). The Aces record now stands at 10-4.
