Delaware High School Soccer - Odyssey Charter nudges Howard
October 17, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19801 Odyssey Charter Owls (Wilmington, DE) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Owls confront the Odessa Ducks (Townsend, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Odyssey Charter will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Ducks enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE).
The Wildcats now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Brandywine for a Blue Hen Flight - B challenge on Thursday, October 19. Howard will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.
