Howard Eagles (Wilson, NC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the host Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA), 38-32 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Howard improves its record to 6-1 on the season.

The Kavaliers now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Fuqua for a Virginia Football II (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 25. Kenston Forest will play a Falcons team coming off a 48-15 league loss to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-6.
