October 17, 2024: Worton, MD 21678 The Kent County Trojans felled the visiting Washington Jaguars football team by a score of 26-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans play the Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD) in a Bayside 1A challenge, on Friday, October 25. Kent County will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Colonels go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 60-14 non-league win over Nandua (Onley, VA).
The Jaguars (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Cambridge-South Dorchester (Cambridge, MD). The Vikings go into the Bayside 1A challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Cambridge-South Dorchester toppled Snow Hill (Snow Hill, MD), 55-0, in a league challenge.
