October 17, 2024: Manning, SC 29102 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) and the host Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC), witnessed Porter-Gaud's football squad knock off Laurence Manning Academy by a tally of 38-12.
The Cyclones (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Baptist Hill (Hollywood, SC). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Baptist Hill gained a win over St. John's (John's Island, SC), 41-0, in a non-league contest.
