New York High School Football - Pine Bush thwarted by Newburgh Free Academy
October 17, 2024: Newburgh, NY 12550 Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Pine Bush Bushmen (Pine Bush, NY), 28-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Newburgh Free Academy improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Goldbacks travel to Kingston (Kingston, NY) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 24. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Kingston won 14-8 in their recent non-league battle against Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY)
