October 17, 2024: Randleman, NC 27317 Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the host Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC), 26-22 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Southwestern Randolph improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 24. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 5-2. Providence Grove lost 18-14 in their recent non-league battle against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC)
The Tigers now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 24. Randleman will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 39-0 non-league loss to Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-6.
