October 17, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21209 Liberty Lions (Sykesville, MD) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Urbana (Ijamsville, MD) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 9-5. Urbana won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Westminster (Westminster, MD)
The Engineers now sport a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pikesville for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Poly will meet a Panthers team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Lansdowne (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.
