Maryland High School Soccer - St. John's nudged by The Heights
October 17, 2024: Potomac, MD 20854 The Heights (Potomac, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC), 2-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, The Heights advances its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The travel to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA) to clash with the Cardinals in a Washington Catholic (WCAC) test on Tuesday, October 22. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 1-9. Bishop Ireton lost 4-1 in their recent league test against Gonzaga (Washington, DC)
The Cadets now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's Ryken for a Washington Catholic (WCAC) test on Tuesday, October 22. St. John's will clash with a Knights team coming off a 4-1 league win over Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 4-9.
