Virginia High School Volleyball - Broadway tips William Monroe
October 17, 2024: Stanardsville, VA 22973 The Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA) volleyball held off the host William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.
The Gobblers now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Mennonite for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 19. Broadway will clash with a Flames team coming off a 3-1 league win over Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA). The Flames record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, William Monroe drops to 7-11 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Rocktown (Harrisonburg, VA) to clash with the Raptors in a Valley bout on Tuesday, October 22. The Raptors come into the bout with a record of 0-5. Rocktown lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Broadway (Broadway, VA)
