Louisiana High School Volleyball - Destrehan overwhelmed by Lutcher
October 17, 2024: Destrehan, LA 70047 Lutcher Bulldogs (Lutcher, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lutcher improves its record to 13-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host St. Amant (St. Amant, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Monday, October 21. The Gators go into the test with a record of 13-16.
The Wildcats now own a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Lafourche for a Division I District 7 test on Wednesday, October 23. Destrehan will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Trojans record now stands at 16-14.
