October 17, 2024: Burtonsville, MD 20866 The Paint Branch Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Whitman Vikings to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now have a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Quince Orchard for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 22. Paint Branch will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Whitman drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Poolesville (Poolesville, MD) to play the Falcons in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 23. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 5-8. Poolesville lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD)
