October 17, 2024: Lake Charles, LA 70611 Sam Houston Broncos (Lake Charles, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rayne Wolves (Rayne, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sam Houston improves its record to 27-6 on the season. The Broncos travel to Walker (Walker, LA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 15-9. Walker lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Dutchtown (Geismar, LA)
The Wolves now own a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westlake for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Rayne will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Rams record now stands at 16-11.
