The Rosary Royals (Aurora, IL) volleyball held off the host Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), 2-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Royals now possess a 14-15 record. They play next when they travel to Nazareth Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 19. Rosary will clash with a Roadrunners team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 2-24.

With the loss, Trinity drops to 13-16 on the campaign. The Blazers travel to Monticello (Monticello, IL) to clash with the Sages in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 19.
