The Trinity Christian (Lubbock, TX) varsity football team lost Friday's home conference game against All Saints (Fort Worth, TX) by a score of 38-30.
The All Saints Saints football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Trinity Christian Lions to 30 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now hold a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Midland Christian for a TAPPS Division II District 1 challenge on Friday, October 24. All Saints will face a Mustangs team coming off a 31-24 league win over Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-2.
The Lions (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Lions go into the TAPPS Division II District 1 challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Grapevine Faith Christian was defeated by Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX), 49-35, in a league test.
