The Sidney Red Raiders football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Alliance Bulldogs to 6 in the Red Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Red Raiders now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Chadron for a C1 District 7 challenge on Friday, October 24. Sidney will face a Cardinals team coming off a 21-20 non-league loss to Gering (Gering, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-2.

The Bulldogs (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Ogallala (Ogallala, NE). The Indians go into the C1 District 7 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Ogallala triumphed over Chase County (Imperial, NE), 33-0, in a league test.
