The Normal Community Ironmen football squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Centennial Chargers to 6 in the Ironmen league triumph on Friday.

The Ironmen now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peoria for a Big Twelve challenge on Friday, October 24. Normal Community will face a Lions team coming off a 42-20 league win over Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Lions record now stands at 6-2.

The Chargers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Purple Raiders enter the Big Twelve challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Bloomington was ripped by Peoria (Peoria, IL), 42-20, in a league challenge.
