The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Troy Trojans (Troy, PA) and the visiting Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA), witnessed Troy's football squad wallop Central Mountain by a tally of 70-29.

With the win, Troy advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Canton (Canton, PA) to encounter the Warriors in a PIAA District IV bout on Friday, October 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Canton won 21-14 in their recent non-league bout against Sayre (Sayre, PA)

The Wildcats now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Jersey Shore for a PIAA District IV bout on Friday, October 24. Central Mountain will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-19 non-league loss to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
