The Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan edged the visiting Fenwick Friars football team by a score of 35-28 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Caravan face the Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) in a CCL/ESCC - Blue challenge, on Friday, October 24. Chicago Mt. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Ramblers enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 42-14 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL).

The Friars (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Corsairs enter the CCL/ESCC - White game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Carmel held off Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL), 42-14, in a non-league game.
