North Carolina High School Football - Christ the King beat Pine Lake Prep

October 17, 2025: Huntersville, NC 28078

The Christ the King Crusaders football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting Pine Lake Prep Pride to 13 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corvian Community for a Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A test on Friday, October 24. Christ the King will face a Cardinals team coming off a 29-28 league win over Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-1.

The Pride (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles enter the Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln Charter fell by Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 49-7, in a league challenge.
