The Lenawee Christian Cougars walloped the visiting Concord Yellowjackets football team by a score of 63-28 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars play the Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Lenawee Christian will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 8-0 record after their 46-20 league win over Climax-Scotts (Climax, MI).

With the defeat, Concord drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Bellevue (Bellevue, MI) to meet the Broncos in a non-league test on Friday, October 24. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 3-5. Bellevue lost 38-12 in their recent league test against Colon (Colon, MI)
