Virginia High School Football - Dinwiddie tops Thomas Dale

October 17, 2025: Dinwiddie, VA 23841

The Dinwiddie Generals football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Thomas Dale Knights to 14 in the Generals league triumph on Friday.

The Generals now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meadowbrook for a Central test on Friday, October 24. Dinwiddie will face a Monarchs team coming off a 36-0 league loss to Petersburg (Petersburg, VA). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-2.

The Knights (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Patrick Henry ran past J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA), 35-7, in a non-league challenge.
