The Elite Eagles football team (Vallejo, CA), was crushed 55-6 in Friday's league bout with the host Highlands Scots (North Highlands, CA)

With the win, Highlands advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Scots host Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA) to encounter the Cardinals in a Sierra Delta League bout on Friday, October 24. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Woodland Christian won 54-0 in their recent league bout against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, CA)

The Eagles now possess a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Esparto for a Sierra Delta League contest on Friday, October 24. Elite will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 28-24 league loss to Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-7.
