The Ripon Christian Knights were victorious over the visiting Escalon Cougars football team by a score of 38-8 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the Orestimba Warriors (Newman, CA) in a Trans Valley League outing, on Friday, October 24. Ripon Christian will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 38-13 league loss to Hughson (Hughson, CA).

With the defeat, Escalon drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Ripon (Ripon, CA) to clash with the Indians in a Trans Valley League outing on Friday, October 24. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 5-3. Ripon lost 46-20 in their recent league game against Sonora (Sonora, CA)
