Florida High School Football - Fort Meade beat Freedom

The Fort Meade Miners (Fort Meade, FL) football were victorious over the visiting Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL), 48-21 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Miners face the Frostproof Bulldogs (Frostproof, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 24. Fort Meade will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 7-2 record after their 44-12 non-league win over Mulberry (Mulberry, FL).

The Patriots (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Pasco (Dade City, FL). The Pirates come into the 4A District 8 outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Pasco was knocked off by Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL), 52-17, in a non-league outing.
