Virginia High School Football - Highland Springs tops Friendship Collegiate Academy
October 17, 2025: Highland Springs, VA 23075 The Highland Springs Springers football squad scored 29 points and limited the visiting Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights to 18 in the Springers non-league win on Friday.
In their next game, the Springers face the Hermitage Panthers (Richmond, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Highland Springs will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 38-20 league win over Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA).
The Knights (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Michael the Archangel (Fredericksburg, VA). The Warriors go into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, St. Michael the Archangel lost by Woodberry Forest (Woodberry Forest, VA), 18-13, in a non-league challenge.
