Ichabod Crane Riders (Valatie, NY) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Gloversville Huskies/Dragons (Gloversville, NY), 28-25 in a league test.

The Riders now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scotia-Glenville for a Section 2 B test on Friday, October 24. Ichabod Crane will meet a Tartans squad coming off a 57-7 league loss to Averill Park (Averill Park, NY). The Tartans record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Gloversville drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Huskies/dragons host Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY) to face the Black Bears in a Section 2 B challenge on Friday, October 24.
