The Hartselle Tigers football squad scored 17 points and limited the host Jasper Vikings to 14 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Muscle Shoals for a 6A Region 7 test on Friday, October 24. Hartselle will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 34-15 league win over Jasper (Jasper, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 7-0.

With the defeat, Jasper drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Columbia (Huntsville, AL) to face the Eagles in a 6A Region 7 challenge on Friday, October 24. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-8. Columbia lost 64-14 in their recent league challenge against Athens (Athens, AL)
