LaSalle Tigers (Olla, LA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Northwood Gators (Lena, LA), 24-22 in a league battle.

With the win, LaSalle improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to St. Mary (Natchitoches, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, October 24. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 2-5. St. Mary won 42-18 in their recent non-league match against Montgomery (Montgomery, LA)

Coming up next, the Gators meet the Lakeview Gators (Campti, LA) in a 1A District 3 match, on Friday, October 24. Northwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Gators come into the match with a 0-7 record after their 52-0 league loss to Logansport (Logansport, LA).
