The Ulysses Tigers football team (Ulysses, KS), was topped 38-8 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Liberal Redskins (Liberal, KS)

With the victory, Liberal upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Redskins host Hays (Hays, KS) to confront the Indians in a Western match on Friday, October 24. The Indians enter the match with a record of 5-2. Hays lost 43-19 in their recent league match against Great Bend (Great Bend, KS)

Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Guymon Tigers (Guymon, OK) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 25. Ulysses will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 29-14 non-league win over River Road (Amarillo, TX).
