The Manhattan Indians walloped the visiting Topeka Trojans football team by a score of 50-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Washburn Rural Blues (Topeka, KS) in a Centennial challenge, on Friday, October 24. Manhattan will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Blues come into the outing with a 5-2 record after their 35-20 non-league loss to Junction City (Junction City, KS).

With the defeat, Topeka drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Pittsburg (Pittsburg, KS) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league outing on Friday, October 24. The Dragons enter the game with a record of 3-4. Pittsburg won 42-0 in their recent non-league game against Chanute (Chanute, KS)
