Texas High School Football - Odessa knocked off by Midland

October 17, 2025: Midland, TX 79701

In Friday's league game, the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) football team overcame the visiting Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX), by a tally of 45-21.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX) in a 6A Region I District 2 game, on Friday, October 24. Midland will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the game with a 3-4 record after their 35-27 league loss to Permian (Odessa, TX).

The Bronchos (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX). The Tigers go into the 6A Region I District 2 bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Frenship dropped by Midland Legacy (Midland, TX), 45-42, in a league bout.
