In Friday's non-league game, the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders (Fort Lauderdale, FL) football team overcame the host Monarch Knights (Coconut Creek, FL), by a tally of 31-20.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the American Heritage Patriots (Plantation, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 24. St. Thomas Aquinas will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 4-4 record after their 13-10 league loss to Archbishop McCarthy (Fort Lauderdale, FL).
